You are one product team, you own a handful of repositories, and the main thing you want to fix is the distance between your specs and your tickets.
Work routinely crosses services owned by different teams, you need single sign-on from day one, or more than eight people will be creating work.
You need data residency outside the United States, you run self-managed Git, or your security review needs answers before anything is signed.
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged without your agreement. Runs pause for the rest of the billing period and admins are notified at 80 percent of the allowance. You can add a block of 100 runs for 250 dollars, or move up a plan, and either applies immediately.
Everything other than the agent keeps working while runs are paused. Questions, shaping and task generation are unaffected.
Add seats at any time and they are prorated to the end of your term. Seats can be reduced at renewal. A creator seat can be converted to a reviewer seat immediately, which is the usual way teams handle someone moving off a project.
We run a 21 day evaluation on the Scale plan instead, with your own systems connected and a working session to set it up. A trial of this product is worthless without real data in it, so we would rather spend an hour getting you properly connected.

Card or bank transfer for Team and Scale, invoiced annually or monthly. Enterprise agreements are invoiced on your terms, net 30 by default, with a purchase order reference if you need one.
Tasks already in your tracker and branches already in your repository are yours and stay there. Export your sessions and run logs at any time before the end of the term. Thirty days after cancellation we delete the workspace, indexes and logs.
